- Water can be a miracle cure for many common ailments such as headaches, fatigue, joint pain, and much more. We can go for weeks without food, but only 3 days without water! (Hurm so water is capable to cure lot of health problem! So does my problem yang sometime ade musim nak kena visit dengan cik pimple. Would try my best to discipline myself for this challenge! Kalau yang makcik-makcik belah timur tu buat I rase mesti more than 10% sugar added, then kalau soft drink pulak, mesti berganda-ganda lagi sugar rate which cause less and less water absorb to the body. Perut je buncit. Haiyah. That’s why la kut mak cakap kalau minum air manis masa dahaga kita akan lagi dahaga sebab kandungan gula dalam air manis buat kita haus sebab dia kena larutkan balik dengan air. Huhu. Rasa macam tak nak minum air manis je pasni. Especially air karbonat.Huhu arap-arap bukan cakap je la , mesti buat!)
