Selamat hari Jumaat. Haruslah gembira pada hari ini kan. Adus ayat skema. Hurm you know something? Last time I had an entry how to get rid of scar kan. And actually I did few research la on the selection of remedies. I mean not the very official research la with lab bagai kan. Google a lot and actually there are thousand remedies. Due to my cost restriction especially for laser treatment I would definitely go to the cheap, natural and easy.

 

1. Therefore I would choose to drink 2 litre of water every day (started this one). Tuhan saja yang tahu betapa kembung perut dan betapa berusahanya I paksa diri minum air masak banyak-banyak everyday. Xpala memang dah tak boleh deny dah water does facilitate lot of functions in our body. And one of the highlight reason is water aid in get the toxin-free which I think the main reason kenapa  my skin kena pimple and left an ugly scar. Hurm bila nak kawin baru sedar and rasa malu dengan scar ni kuikui. Better than never lah kan.
2. Secondly I choose to get the something like detox patch especially yang jual kat farmasi tu so called Kinohimitsu. Yes it is quite pricy but I don’t believe local made one yang much cheaper. Maybe I would go for this once a month (once=1week directly).
3. Then I rasa nak cari Sabun Taharah. Rasanya pernah nampak ada jual kat Shah Alam. Hunting mood. J I baca review orang cakap sabun tu bagus. It is base from tanah liat. Hopefully boleh hilangkan ‘stain’ kat body hihi
4. And the next ikhtiar ialah to get a detox drink such as Kinohimitsu drink ke…acai berry base drink ke or…this is to be decided.
5. Selain jaga waktu mandi dengan sabun yang appropriate, perlulah tiap-tiap malam sapu cream. Aduh lupa lak apa nama cream tu tapi medicated and I think it is work on me. Huhu. Hurm bercakap pasal cream-cream ni I rasa macam nak jugaj try aloevera cream yang jual kat farmasi and also gamat cream- orang cakap gamat boleh healing wound very fast. So does with scar. Hurm hope it is work. Tapi I nak pakai satu-satu la. Malas nak mix.
6. And the last ikhtiar ialah dengan few supplement. OK this is not only for skin purpose. I dah officially Amway member due to my minat yang tinggi dengan supplement Nutrilite. J In fact this is bcoz I used to inspire by my office-mate. Kak Lin. She has nice skin and dia da baby. She said her baby sihat tak pernah sakit or demam pun maybe because berkat dia rajin makan supplement before kahwin lagi. OK ni dah lelebih pasal baby pulak kan. Hihi. Abaikan. I sedang dalam process untuk consume Lechitin E, Calcium Magnesium, B Complex, Bio-C and Iron Folic. Hopefully this work on my on my journey toward the big day. J J Insyallah nanti free I akan buat entry pasal sume supplement ni. Tiba-tiba terminat dan ada kesedaran. J

 

Note : I love watching The Big C on Hallmark Channel. It is funny and truly inspire. Jangan lah amik bad moral from the story kan but what I learnt the most is : Life to fullest! The main character – Katie - she got cancer but she keep survive everyday doing things she loves with people she loves. J
