1) Is taking MC. Go to Sime Darby Medical Centre based at Ara Damansara.
2) Met the ortho surgeon. Show him my previous MRI film. He spot the abnormality. Undergo for Xray. And UPT ;) (if preggy xle xray la but unfortunately i can go for xray. Cz i m not preggy laaa :( huks elehpadahalmmgdahtauitsnegative)
3) Doc brief me of what I am sufferung of which called Regenerative Disk Disease. Kinda low back pain. It ahould not happen to me at this age. Instead having an epidural injection he proposed for physiology. Intensive one at least in this 2 weeks. Hurm. Then straight away start my first session from 2.30-4.00pm.
4) My big thank you for Nida for accompany me whole day. I owe ypu whole my life :(
5) Pay visit to ex classmate with her cute newborn. Her husband is my huband good friend.. :) congrats dz n apam for having Afham..
