Hurm just apply patch to my back. Hurm nothing much help. :( Now it just started. Can see the physio attended before help. Help to delay the pain on the stressed disk. Yesterday no pain. Today after 2 only it slowly came.
Huhu after i found out on this LBP i have began to be very ayu. Haha so funny. Ya la i cannot stand instantly i have to bend if nak collect apa2 kat floor. Nak duduk pun slow2. Haiyah so not use to be.
Maybe it is time to pray so that He can help to slower the impac troughout the time. I could not afford for the expensive physio at the exclusive private hospital every day. :(
