Actually masa pregnant salu kena sembelit even dah take a lot of fluid and fruit.
I made some reading and thank you to pregnancy hormone for this effect. Huh
So what I have consumed which also solve my issue? Pure Olive Oil or minyak zaitun.
Alhamdulillah, so helpful. 1-2 spoon every morning and before sleep.
Sayang betul baru start consume bila 32nd week. Kalaulah awal2 ada kesedaran sivik pasal benda sunnah ni. Hehe
Takpe still syukur though. Hope I can continuely consume masa confinement nanti. Masa tu kata orang lagi high potential sembelit nak datang attack. Istiqamah dengan makanan sunnah. InsyaAllah.
P/s - Dah nak beranak ni baru terkial-kial nak makan kurma. Ish ish. :(
